My husband and I are giving each other monthly and weekly health challenges. This month I am making a short list of November no's. Things I am challenging myself, my husband and YOU to do! #1 no soda for the rest of this month.
#2 no daily treats, 2 deserts/indulgences a week only
#3 no excuses, work out at least 3 times every week!
