Turkey sabotage?

I don't think so! But I was nervous. Nothing in this life comes for free or with out some work and effort! These products are some "tools" I'm using to increase my effort. Since last Wednesday I only made time to exercise three times. I had desert more than once over turkey day and into the weekend. When I got my measuring tape out this morning I thought to myself: "as l ong as I haven't added to my numbers I'll be happy!" Boy was I wrong!!!!!! These are my last week's measurements along side todays.....

Last week: neck:12" This week: 12"
R Bicep: 11 1/2"..... 11"
L Bicep: 11 1/2".....11 1/4"
Bust: 32"..... 31"
Mid drift: 28"..... 28"
Waist: 29"..... 28 1/2"
Belly: 31"..... 31"
Hips: 34 1/2".....33 1/2"
R thigh: 19 1/2".....19 1/2"
L thigh: 20:.....19 1/2"
R Calf: 13".....13"
L Calf: 13".....12 1/2"
Total inches: 255 1/4" .....250 3/4"
Total inches lost this week: 4 1/2" !!! Total inches lost in 3 weeks: 12 3/4"!
Weight last week: 127
Weight today: 126
Total pounds lost in 3 weeks: 4 pounds!
