Ok, today is the first day of the rest of my new healthy and happy life! Soon to come later today, will be pictures of myself and one friend who has agreed to participate on this blog. We are both willing to list publicaly on the blog all our measurements, our weight, and a picture of what we both look like today. I will be posting my results along with a picture, every week on Wednesdays. I will be posting her results every 4 weeks on Wednesdays. Along with all this information we will give you updates on how our family is doing. My friend is putting her kids on these products for similar reasons as the ones I'm putting my kids and hubby on them! So check back in tonight for big reveal on the current us!
